Als administratief medewerker ga je aan de slag bij een groothandel te Nijvel. Je vervult een gecombineerde rol van order entry en customer service, waarin je jouw commerciële en administratieve talenten inzet. Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen (telefonisch en via mail) en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige ingave in het systeem, terwijl je daarnaast actief klanten contacteert om producten en promoties aan te bieden (ongeveer 25% outbound calls). Je behandelt klachten via Dynamics 365 en volgt deze nauwkeurig op volgens de procedures. Tegelijk communiceer je resultaten en relevante informatie naar interne stakeholders om doelstellingen binnen de gestelde deadlines te behalen. Je staat klanten professioneel en klantgericht te woord, met respect voor hun taal en cultuur, en werkt nauw samen met logistiek en andere diensten om een vlotte orderverwerking en optimale service te garanderen. Door de combinatie van telefonische verkoop, orderverwerking en klantendienst draag je bij aan een kwalitatieve en efficiënte dienstverlening. De sollicitatiegesprekken en opleiding vinden plaats in Lot, met een geplande verhuis naar nieuwe kantoren in Nijvel rond half juli 2026, binnen een organisatie die inzet op langdurige samenwerking, open communicatie en groeikansen. Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie waarin orderverwerking, klantendienst en telefonisch contact met klanten een centrale rol speelden.

je bent een gedreven en communicatieve teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met collega's en afdelingen om gezamenlijke commerciële en servicegerichte doelen te behalen.

Je werkt ordelijk en nauwkeurig, met aandacht voor correcte gegevensinput en foutloze administratieve afhandeling van bestellingen en klachten.

Je bent commercieel ingesteld en bereid om klanten proactief op te bellen om promoties voor te stellen, goed wetende dat dit ongeveer vijfentwintig procent van de job uitmaakt.

Je beschikt over een algemene goede kennis van Microsoft Office en Outlook, zodat je administratieve taken en communicatie efficiënt en gestructureerd kunt afhandelen.

Je hebt een talenkennis waarbij Nederlands zeer goed, Frans zeer goed en Engels goed is, en waarbij bovendien minimaal een basiskennis Engels aanwezig moet zijn voor klantcontact.

Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en kunt professioneel schakelen tussen beide talen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, afhankelijk van de behoefte van de klant.
