Als Bediende Yardplanning ben jij de dirigent van een indrukwekkend logistiek orkest. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op de terminal vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt, van het moment dat een wagen aankomt tot hij weer vertrekt richting klant. Je houdt continu het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en schakelt moeiteloos tussen planning, operatie en mensen op de vloer. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want jij speelt in op veranderingen in realtime. En dat is exact waar jij energie van krijgt. Je combineert kantoorwerk met aanwezigheid op het terrein (ja, frisse lucht inbegrepen) en zorgt dat alles klopt: planning, veiligheid én kwaliteit.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je organiseert de volledige flow van voertuigen op de terminal
  • Je plant efficiënt alle activiteiten (schepen, spoor, trucks, shunting)
  • Je stuurt continu bij op basis van veranderende omstandigheden
  • Je beheert de stock en zorgt voor orde en netheid op het terrein
  • Je stelt werkplanningen en uurroosters op voor operationele teams
  • Je houdt toezicht op veiligheid en kwaliteit en grijpt in waar nodig
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en stuurt bij in real time
  • Je werkt met digitale tools om processen te optimaliseren
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met interne teams en externe partners

  • Sterk ruimtelijk inzicht
