In deze functie stel je de productielijn in, voer je de dagplanning uit en bewaak je de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat.

  • Je stelt de lijn in op laagdikte, walsdruk, snelheid en borstels, en stuurt bij op basis van de houtsoort, het product en het gewenste resultaat.
  • Je voert de orders uit volgens de dagplanning en bewaakt daarbij het tempo van de lijn.
  • Je controleert aan de lijn de kleur, glansgraad, dekking en afwerking, en houdt producten tegen die niet aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoen.
  • Je volgt het onderhoudsschema op door te reinigen, walsen te wisselen, UV-lampen op te volgen en kleine storingen zelf op te lossen.
  • Je houdt verbruik en registraties nauwkeurig bij, zodat resultaten later opnieuw op dezelfde manier kunnen worden gehaald.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de colorist en de operations supervisor en stuurt een helpende collega aan.
