Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag met machines en heb je oog voor kwaliteit? Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Bediener-Steller van een profileerlijn.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van een profileerlijn voor de productie van metalen profielen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct zijn ingesteld en dat de geproduceerde profielen voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

Wat ga je doen?

Instellen van de machines

  • Voorbereiden en instellen van de pers, richtmachine, profileerlijn en printer
  • Machines instellen volgens productieorders, stelkaarten en technische tekeningen
  • Monteren en afstellen van gereedschappen, rollen en toebehoren
  • Eerste productiestukken produceren en controleren
  • Kritische afmetingen controleren en indien nodig bijsturen
  • Ombouwen van de machine administratief registreren op de productiebonnen

Bedienen van de profileerlijn

  • Opstarten, bedienen en opvolgen van het productieproces
  • De kwaliteit van de geproduceerde profielen bewaken
  • Machineparameters bijsturen waar nodig
  • Productiegegevens en eventuele afwijkingen registreren
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de productie zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt

Kwaliteitscontrole

  • Uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles op afmetingen, vorm en afwerking
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen
  • Werken met meetinstrumenten
  • Kwaliteitsproblemen tijdig signaleren en rapporteren
  • Registreren van controles op de productiebonnen

Onderhoud & veiligheid

  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan de machines
  • Technische storingen melden aan de onderhoudsdienst
  • Naleven van de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften
  • Zorgen voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving; ervaring met profileerlijnen of metaalbewerking is een pluspunt
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen
  • Je kan werken met meetinstrumenten zoals een schuifmaat en rolmeter
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kan problemen zelfstandig analyseren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig

Werkuren

Je werkt in een dagregime:

  • Maandag t.e.m. donderdag: 07u30 – 16u30
  • Vrijdag: 07u30 – 12u30

Daarnaast ben je bereid om, wanneer nodig, mee te stappen in een overlappend ploegensysteem.

  • Technische opleiding (TSO) of gelijkwaardige ervaring in productie
  • Minimum 1 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, liefst met metaalbewerking
  • Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen - geen rocket science, maar wel handig!
  • Ervaring met meetinstrumenten zoals schuifmaat en rolmeter
  • Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Nauwkeurig werken met oog voor kwaliteit
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid durven nemen
  • Teamspeler met hands-on mentaliteit
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig - soms loopt niet alles op rolletjes
  • Bereid om in overlappend ploegensysteem te werken indien nodig
