Onderdeel van: Everybody Works Logo Als bedrijfsarts ben je zowel medisch professional als adviseur vanuit een onafhankelijke positie op basis van je expertise. Je bevordert, optimaliseert en monitort de gezondheid en vitaliteit van medewerkers in relatie tot hun werk. Jouw doel is om hun inzetbaarheid te vergroten of te behouden. Je werkt samen met onze bedrijfsartsen en andere professionals, met aandacht en ruimte voor intercollegiale toetsing. We werken naar een dienstverlening toe, waarin steeds meer focus ligt op preventie van verzuim en waarin we gezondheidsprogramma's zowel op individueel als op organisatieniveau aanbieden. Jouw persoonlijke expertise binnen de organisatie is onmisbaar. We vragen je dan ook regelmatig deel te nemen aan multidisciplinaire werk- en projectgroepen op allerlei gebieden en moedigen pro-activiteit in dit verband van harte aan. Wie zoeken wij? - Een geregistreerd bedrijfsarts, huisarts, verzekeringsgeneeskundige, specialist, arts in opleiding, basisarts of casemanager met de ambitie werkzaam te zijn in de gezondheidsbevordering. Overige ervaring op een andere werkplek in de zorg is een pré. - Bedrijfsartsen en/of verzekeringsgeneeskundigen (al dan niet in opleiding) moedigen wij van harte aan om te reageren. Ook basisartsen en medisch specialisten die toe zijn aan een nieuwe stap in hun loopbaan en de ambitie om bedrijfsarts te worden nodigen wij graag uit. - Iemand met kennis van gezondheidsbevordering, arbeidsomstandigheden, verzuim, re-integratie en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
