Wil jij als bedrijfsarts meer regie over je werkweek en tegelijkertijd een brede adviserende rol vervullen richting medewerkers en organisaties? Als Bedrijfsarts werk je binnen het MKB met veel aandacht voor preventie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en multidisciplinaire samenwerking. Je werkt 50/50 hybride en krijgt veel eigen regie over je agenda.

Wat ga je doen als Bedrijfsarts

Als bedrijfsarts begeleid en adviseer je medewerkers en werkgevers rondom gezondheid, werk en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan individuele verzuimvraagstukken en denkt actief mee over hoe uitval kan worden voorkomen en medewerkers duurzaam inzetbaar kunnen blijven.

Je werkt intensief samen met praktijkondersteuners bedrijfsarts en casemanagers verzuim. Binnen deze samenwerking heb je een belangrijke medische en adviserende rol en werk je waar passend met taakdelegatie. Je begeleidt collega's inhoudelijk, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende expertises goed op elkaar aansluiten.

Daarnaast signaleer je ontwikkelingen binnen organisaties en vertaal je deze naar praktisch en onderbouwd advies. Je staat daarbij naast de klant als adviseur en partner, waarbij je samen kijkt naar oplossingen die passen bij de medewerker én de organisatie.

Je krijgt veel eigen regie over je agenda en werkt 50/50 hybride.
