Voor een kleinschalige arbodienst in de regio Den Bosch zoeken wij een bedrijfsarts die graag persoonlijk betrokken is bij werknemers, werkgevers en collega's. Je werkt in een team waar je elkaar kent, gemakkelijk overlegt en samen zoekt naar praktische oplossingen. Je krijgt ruimte voor jouw professionele oordeel en kunt actief meedenken over de dienstverlening. Een mooie plek voor een bedrijfsarts die autonomie wil combineren met collegiale samenwerking. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt werknemers die zijn uitgevallen of dreigen uit te vallen en adviseert over herstel, belastbaarheid en duurzame werkhervatting. Daarbij kijk je naar de medische situatie én de invloed van de werkomgeving. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Spreekuren voeren en de belastbaarheid van werknemers beoordelen. - Werknemers en werkgevers adviseren over re-integratie en werkhervatting. - Oorzaken van verzuim onderzoeken en mogelijkheden voor preventie signaleren. - Meedenken over gezonde arbeidsomstandigheden en duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Samenwerken met casemanagers, collega-artsen en andere deskundigen. - Aanvullende begeleiding betrekken wanneer dat nodig is, bijvoorbeeld van een psycholoog of coach. Je vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar heldere adviezen en houdt oog voor oplossingen die ook op langere termijn werken. Waar kom je te werken? Je komt terecht bij een kleine, hechte arbodienst met een persoonlijke aanpak. Collega's zijn toegankelijk, denken met elkaar mee en kunnen snel schakelen.
