Voor een goede klant, een landelijke arbodienst met een vernieuwende kijk op bedrijfsgezondheidszorg, zijn wij op zoek naar een bedrijfsarts in loondienst.

Ben jij geregistreerd bedrijfsarts en kijk je verder dan alleen het verzuimvraagstuk? Vind je het interessant om werkgevers en medewerkers te adviseren over duurzame inzetbaarheid en wil je jezelf op termijn mogelijk ontwikkelen tot opleider? Dan biedt deze functie volop mogelijkheden.

Over de organisatie

De organisatie heeft een brede visie op bedrijfsgezondheidszorg. Niet alleen het begeleiden van verzuim staat centraal, maar juist ook het voorkomen van uitval en het bevorderen van duurzame inzetbaarheid.

Werkplezier, gedrag, gezondheid en inzetbaarheid zijn belangrijke thema's binnen de dienstverlening. Als bedrijfsarts krijg je de ruimte om vanuit jouw medische expertise mee te denken met zowel medewerkers als werkgevers.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en professioneel team waarin ervaren bedrijfsartsen en andere professionals nauw samenwerken. Er is daarnaast veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, ontwikkeling en ondernemerschap.

Wat ga je doen?

Als bedrijfsarts combineer je jouw medische expertise met een adviserende rol richting werkgevers. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de medische situatie van een medewerker, maar hebt oog voor het grotere geheel: wat is er nodig om iemand duurzaam inzetbaar te houden of verantwoord terug te laten keren naar het werk?

Je werkt onder andere samen met HR, leidinggevenden, inzetbaarheidscoaches en andere professionals. Hierdoor is geen dag hetzelfde en krijg je te maken met verschillende organisaties, vraagstukken en werkomgevingen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Begeleiden van medewerkers bij verzuim en werkhervatting; - Adviseren van werkgevers en medewerkers over inzetbaarheid; - Signaleren van mogelijkheden rondom preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - A
