Vanwege de groei en ontwikkelingen bij TopzorgGroep zijn wij op zoek naar een bedrijfsarts voor de locaties Arnhem en Nijmegen. Wat ga je bij ons doen? Als bedrijfsarts bij TopzorgGroep ben jij dé expert in het bevorderen van de gezondheid en het welzijn van medewerkers binnen diverse organisaties. Jij levert maatwerkadvies op het gebied van verzuimmanagement, arbeid en gezondheid, en zet alles in om medewerkers te helpen optimaal te functioneren op hun werk. Je hebt een adviserende rol voor werkgevers, HR-afdelingen en medewerkers, en je hebt oog voor zowel de fysieke als de mentale gezondheid op de werkvloer. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Uitvoeren van medische onderzoeken en het adviseren van werkgevers over de gezondheid van hun medewerkers; - Begeleiden van medewerkers tijdens ziekte en het opstellen van verzuim- en re-integratieplannen; - Analyseren van werkgerelateerde gezondheidsrisico's en adviseren over preventieve maatregelen; - Begeleiden van werknemers bij het terugkeren naar de werkvloer na ziekte; - Adviseren over en uitvoeren van risicobeoordelingen en arbo-beleid; - Actief bijdragen aan een gezonde en veilige werkplek; - Samenwerken met een team van zorgprofessionals en HR-specialisten om het welzijn van medewerkers te waarborgen. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot bedrijfsarts; - Je bent in het bezit van de BIG-registratie als arts; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen een bedrijfs...
