Jouw nieuwe baan De medische dossiervoering ligt volledig bij jou. Er wordt niet onder taakdelegatie gewerkt; als bedrijfsarts ben jij de enige betrokkene bij het medisch dossier. Dat geeft een duidelijke afbakening van jouw medische positie. Binnen deze zzp-opdracht werk je vanuit die zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheid. Voor ondersteuning kun je rekenen op het medisch secretariaat. Je werkt binnen de arbodienstverlening voor het MKB. De arbodienst begeleidt werkgevers rond verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid en ondersteunt bij re-integratie en de verplichtingen die daarbij horen. Jouw nieuwe werkplek MKB-werkgevers vormen de doelgroep van deze arbodienst. De dienstverlening richt zich onder meer op verzuimbegeleiding en preventie, met aandacht voor inzetbaarheid en werkhervatting. Tijdens jouw interim-inzet werk je als bedrijfsarts in een werkwijze zonder taakdelegatie. Wat breng je mee? Jij... - hebt een geldige BIG-registratie als bedrijfsarts; - werkt graag zelfstandig en vindt kwaliteit belangrijk; - communiceert helder, werkt oplossingsgericht en mensgericht; - bent 8 uur per week beschikbaar.
