Klaar om jouw ervaring binnen audit verder uit te bouwen? Als Senior Auditor krijg je de kans om zelfstandig auditdossiers op te nemen, klanten te adviseren en junior collega's te begeleiden binnen een groeiende en mensgerichte auditomgeving.

De klantenportefeuille is gevarieerd, met organisaties uit onder meer industrie, dienstverlening en de publieke sector. Bovendien bevindt ongeveer 90% van de klanten zich binnen een straal van 30 minuten rond Lummen, waardoor lange verplaatsingen eerder uitzondering dan regel zijn.

In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de Audit Manager, collega-auditors en vennoten. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers en speelt een belangrijke rol in de kwaliteit en voortgang van de auditopdrachten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn gevarieerd:

- auditopdrachten voorbereiden en zelfstandig uitvoeren

- financiële informatie analyseren en de belangrijkste financiële risico's beoordelen

- controles uitvoeren op de regelmatigheid van jaarrekeningen

- interne controleprocessen beoordelen en mogelijke verbeterpunten identificeren

- meewerken aan het opstellen van auditplannen en risicoanalyses

- zelfstandig verschillende auditdomeinen behandelen en kritisch meedenken over mogelijke aandachtspunten

- je bevindingen rapporteren en bespreken met de Audit Manager en de klant

- meewerken aan het opstellen van auditrapporten en andere rapporteringen

- begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior auditors

- rechtstreeks contact onderhouden met klanten en meebouwen aan duurzame klantenrelaties

- meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes, processen en tools binnen de auditafdeling

Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met de cijfers, maar kijkt ook naar het verhaal erachter. Je stelt de juiste vragen, denkt kritisch mee en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties.

  • al enkele jaren ervaring binnen audit en klaar om meer verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie op te nemen
  • 4 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen audit
  • een diploma in een economische of financiële richting
  • je kan verschillende auditdomeinen zelfstandig opnemen
  • een sterk analytisch en kritisch denkvermogen met oog voor detail
  • je behoudt bij complexe dossiers het overzicht en weet hoofd- van bijzaken te onderscheiden
  • je communiceert vlot en professioneel met zowel klanten als collega’s
  • je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, toont initiatief en durft kritisch mee te denken
  • je ondersteunt graag junior collega's in hun groeitraject
  • nieuwsgierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf inhoudelijk verder te ontwikkelen
  • kennis van Caseware en/of Adsolut een pluspunt
