Voor een bedrijf in Vleteren zijn we op zoek naar een boekhouder;

Als administratief-boekhoudkundig bediende kan je rekenen op een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Je registreert dagelijks de uren van onze loonwerkers en je verwerkt die samen met de werkinfo tot een factuur voor de klanten. Daarnaast sta je in voor kostprijsberekeningen, het beheer van verzekeringsdossiers, aanvragen van vergunningen, …

Je verzorgt de boekhouding van onze verschillende bedrijven. Het boekhoudkundige takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit: facturatie, debiteurenbeheer, betalingen, maandafsluitingen, jaarafsluit en de BTW-aangifte. De boekhoudkundige administratie verwerk je in Odoo-software.

Profiel

  • Ervaring met het verwerken van aan- en verkoopfacturen, debiteurenbeheer, maandafsluiting en de BTW-aangiftes.
  • Kennis Frans om ook met onze Franstalige klanten vlot te communiceren.
  • Omdat je vaak in contact komt met onze werknemers, ben je een sociaal, empathisch persoon.
  • Gezien onze loonwerkers ook in het weekend werken, verwachten we van jou ook de flexibiliteit om in het weekend een aantal uur administratie op te volgen
