En vind je het interessant om te adviseren op het snijvlak van recht, bestuur en bedrijfsvoering, en in het bijzonder op het gebied van omgevingsrecht? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Voor het bestuursondersteunende team Strategie & Legal zoeken wij een Bedrijfsjurist met specifieke aandacht voor het omgevingsrecht en het bestuursrecht. In deze functie adviseer je gevraagd en ongevraagd de Raad van Bestuur, het management en collega's over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken. Je beweegt je in een dynamische omgeving waarin wet- en regelgeving, bestuurlijke belangen en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen samenkomen. Zo draag je direct bij aan een toekomstbestendige drinkwatervoorziening. Iedere dag 1 miljard liter drinkwater van topkwaliteit winnen, zuiveren en leveren. Elke druppel telt! Waar jij mee aan de slag gaat Als Bedrijfsjurist ben jij een belangrijke juridische sparringpartner binnen Vitens. Je overziet complexe vraagstukken, signaleert risico's en vertaalt juridische ontwikkelingen naar zowel strategische als praktische adviezen. Je focus ligt daarbij op omgevings-rechtelijke vraagstukken, bijvoorbeeld over waterwinningen, productielocaties en leidingen en de inpassing daarvan in de leefomgeving. Daarbij verlies je nooit het grotere geheel uit het oog: het ondersteunen van goede besluitvorming en het realiseren van de doelstellingen van Vitens. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende dossiers op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau.
