Bedrijfsjurist aanbestedingsrecht | Stedin Groep Als bedrijfsjurist bij Stedin Groep adviseer je de inkoopafdeling, neem je deel aan interne en sectorale projecten en werk je samen met organisaties zoals Netbeheer Nederland, ministeries en toezichthouders. Je denkt mee over toekomstige wetgeving en de implementatie daarvan, je behandelt complexe en juridische (aanbestedings- en verbintenisrechtelijke) vraagstukken en je adviseert over standaard(raam)overeenkomsten en de inkoopvoorwaarden. Je mag ook zelfstandig procederen. Kennis van de Warmtewet/Energiewet is een pré. Je salaris is minimaal € 6.169,- (afhankelijk van ervaring en functioneren). Je hebt een doorgroeimogelijkheid tot max. €9.060,-, gebaseerd op 40 uur per week. Verder heb je 20 vakantiedagen en bouw je een pensioen op bij het ABP. Bovenop je salaris ontvang je een persoonlijk budget van 14% (inclusief 8% vakantiegeld). Legal Counsel | EY Je maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Legal. Legal bestaat uit circa 20 FTE. Je levert een duidelijke bijdrage aan de dienstverlening van EY. Je zult je bezig houden met het aansprakelijkheidsrecht en met toezichtswetgeving. In deze rol heb je direct contact met het bestuur. Je bent met jouw team aanspreekpunt voor alle zaken rondom Litigation Claims & Regulatory binnen EY in Nederland. Je behandelt en adviseert over (potentiële) klachten, geschillen en rechtszaken die door of tegen EY aanhangig worden gemaakt. Je adviseert over de uitvoering van de Wet toezicht accountantsorganisaties en aanverwante regelgeving. Je behandelt juridische vraagstukken vanuit diverse invalshoeken en draagt bij aan innovatie en transformatie van de juridische functie.
