- Bedrijfsjurist 6-10-2026 Heb jij een brede/ kritische blik en verdiep jij je graag in uiteenlopende (complexe) juridische vraagstukken? Wil jij graag werken voor een organisatie die een belangrijke maatschappelijke bijdrage vervult? Maak het verschil en word onze nieuwe bedrijfsjurist . - 32 uur per week - € 4.656, - tot € 6.289, - bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur) Wat ga je doen? Als onderdeel van de afdeling Bestuurszaken, Juridisch en Compliance draag je bij aan het borgen van de juridische kwaliteit van het handelen van Vidomes. Binnen Vidomes ga je als jurist aan de slag op twee fronten; je bent een praktisch ingestelde juridisch expert die collega's adviseert over juridische kwesties. Je ondersteunt ze bij het behandelen van uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken en weet daarmee het juridisch kennisniveau binnen de organisatie te verhogen. In voorkomende gevallen begeleid je collega's bij (rechtbank)procedures en coördineert deze. Vanuit een regisseursrol behoud je het overzicht van lopende juridische trajecten binnen de organisatie en zie je erop toe dat onze dienstverlening voldoet aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je houdt de relevante wet- en regelgeving bij én zorgt ervoor dat dit op de agenda blijft bij Vidomes. Daarnaast informeer en neem je collega's mee in relevante (beleids)ontwikkelingen. Samen met je directe collega's en de manager Bestuurszaken, Juridisch en Compliance borg je het juridisch handelen van Vidomes. Wie ben jij? Dynamisch en vastberaden ben je als een gedreven adviseur betrokken bij klanten en stakeholders. Je signaleert en constateert juridische vraagstukken binnen de organisatie en neemt deze adequaat op. Daarbij weet je, met een vleugje humor en plezier in je werk, zelfs complexe situaties luchtig en behapbaar te maken. Je bent proactief en pakt acties direct op, waarbij je kansen slim weet te benutten. Daarnaast ben je zeer toegankelijk en sta je open voor spontane gesprekken, wat ervoor zorg...
