Bij Bun werk je aan uiteenlopende vastgoed- en bedrijfsjuridische vraagstukken, krijg je veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en schakel je direct met collega's, management en directie. Bun is een snelgroeiende organisatie met activiteiten in supermarktexploitatie, vastgoed en projectontwikkeling. Als Bedrijfsjurist Vastgoed werk je midden in die organisatie en ben je betrokken bij juridische vraagstukken die direct invloed hebben op onze projecten en bedrijfsvoering. Wat ga je doen? Het zwaartepunt van jouw werkzaamheden ligt binnen vastgoed en projectontwikkeling. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met huurdersgeschillen, acquisities, projectontwikkeling en juridische vraagstukken rondom aannemers. Daarnaast adviseer je over bredere bedrijfsjuridische onderwerpen, zoals de aankoop van panden, contracten, voorwaarden en juridische vraagstukken vanuit HR. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen over contracten en overeenkomsten, zoals huurovereenkomsten en aannemingsovereenkomsten; - adviseren over verhuur, vastgoedtransacties en projectontwikkeling; - begeleiden van juridische vraagstukken rondom aannemers en andere samenwerkingspartners; - ondersteunen bij acquisities en de aankoop van vastgoed; - signaleren en beperken van juridische risico's; - begeleiden van claims, geschillen en juridische procedures; - volgen van relevante wet- en regelgeving; - inschakelen en coördineren van externe juridische specialisten wanneer aanvullende expertise nodig is.
