Werken bij terStal terStal Houten Solliciteer! Als Bedrijfsleider in onze winkel in Houten heb je de dagelijkse leiding over jouw winkel. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, stuurt jouw team aan en zorgt ervoor dat klanten graag bij terStal winkelen. Een rol waarin je jouw team verder helpt en samen werkt aan een succesvolle winkel. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je geeft leiding aan het winkelteam; - Je motiveert, begeleidt en coacht collega's; - Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde winkel; - Je stuurt op commerciële resultaten en klanttevredenheid; - Je coördineert de goederenstroom en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je werkt nauw samen met jouw regiomanager en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen jouw winkel. Werken bij terStal Met ruim 200 winkels en een groeiende webshop is terStal één van de grootste fashion retailers van Nederland. Iedere dag helpen we klanten met betaalbare mode voor het hele gezin. Bij terStal houden we van aanpakken. De lijnen zijn kort, collega's helpen elkaar en we zorgen er samen voor dat onze klanten graag bij ons terugkomen. Als Bedrijfsleider krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om jouw winkel op jouw manier te runnen. Natuurlijk binnen de kaders van terStal, maar we vertrouwen op jouw kennis en ervaring. Ook breng je mee: - Mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring in de retail, bijvoorbeeld in mode, fashion, supermarkt- of discountretail; - Ervaring met het aansturen van een team, bijvoorbeeld als Bedrijfsleider, Winkelmanager, Filiaalmanager of Assistent Bedrijfsleider; - Bereidheid om in weekenden en tijdens koopavonden te werken; - Een klantgerichte en ondernemende instelling.
