Als Bedrijfsleider krijg je de ruimte om samen met een betrokken team een organisatie verder op te bouwen, het vertrouwen van klanten in de regio terug te winnen én zelf zichtbaar onderdeel te zijn van de dagelijkse praktijk. Jouw beloning Naast dat je rechtstreeks in dienst gaat bij onze opdrachtgever, kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen de €5500,00 en €6500,00 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - 38 vrije dagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband; - 2 weken bouwvakvakantie staan vast, de overige vrije dagen kun je flexibel opnemen; - Flexibele werktijden, in overleg is er ruimte om je werkdag naar eigen inzicht in te delen; - Een auto, laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - Een zelfstandige functie met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief; - De mogelijkheid om daadwerkelijk mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie; - Ondersteuning vanuit een grotere organisatie met veel kennis en expertise; - Een afwisselende functie waarin je zowel op kantoor als op projecten actief bent; - Een betrokken team waarmee je samen resultaten neerzet. Jouw bijdragen Als Bedrijfsleider ben jij de kartrekker van de organisatie. Je geeft leiding aan het team, begeleidt projecten en zorgt dat de dagelijkse operatie goed verloopt. Tegelijkertijd krijg je volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het bedrijf en de positie in de regio. Je bent zelf ook regelmatig op de werkvloer en op projecten te vinden.
