Wat ga je doen? Als Bedrijfsleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de organisatie. Je vormt de schakel tussen operatie, medewerkers, opdrachtgevers en directie. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden uitgevoerd, medewerkers optimaal kunnen presteren en resultaten worden gerealiseerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering; - planning, uitvoering en voortgang van werkzaamheden; - aansturing van operationele leidinggevenden; - relatiebeheer met opdrachtgevers; - financiële bewaking van projecten en bedrijfsresultaten; - verdere professionalisering van processen en organisatieontwikkeling. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig binnen het bedrijf en weet wat er buiten op de projecten speelt. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken geen bestuurder op afstand, maar een echte doener. Iemand die: - ervaring heeft in de wegenbouw of een aanverwante infrastructuursector; - leidinggevende ervaring heeft in een operationele organisatie; - financieel inzicht combineert met gezond ondernemersverstand; - besluitvaardig is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt; - gemakkelijk schakelt tussen werkvloer, opdrachtgever en management; - vertrouwen wint door kennis, betrokkenheid en daadkracht.
