Job requirements Als Bedrijfsleider / Aankomend Vennoot vorm je de dagelijkse spil van het bedrijf. Je zorgt voor structuur, aansturing en kwaliteit op het erf én in de projecten. Je werkt aan procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en professionalisering. Tegelijkertijd groei je toe naar een rol als mede‑ondernemer.
