Iemand die weet hoe het er in de praktijk aan toegaat en graag de touwtjes in handen heeft. Je neemt het stokje over van de huidige bedrijfsleider en bouwt verder aan een stabiele en toekomstgerichte organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als bedrijfsleider zorg jij dat alles binnen het bedrijf soepel draait. Je stuurt mensen aan, houdt overzicht en schakelt makkelijk tussen planning, klanten en strategie. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing - Je zorgt dat personeel, machines en middelen goed worden ingezet - Je begeleidt medewerkers en houdt zicht op de planning - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en signaleert nieuwe kansen - Je stelt offertes op en maakt prijsafspraken - Je denkt mee over de koers van het bedrijf en adviseert over investeringen en vernieuwing Wie ben je? Je bent iemand die niet alleen praat, maar ook doet. Je weet hoe het werk in elkaar zit en kunt anderen daarin meenemen. - • Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau (agrarisch, techniek, mechanisatie of management) - • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol - • Kennis van landbouwmachines, teelt en seizoenswerk - • Affiniteit met techniek zoals GPS, telemetrie of precisielandbouw (of je wilt dit leren) - • Je bent klantgericht en denkt in oplossingen - • Rijbewijs B en T (E is mooi meegenomen) Wat bieden we jou?
