Met die groei zoeken we niet simpelweg een extra projectleider, maar iemand die naast de directie komt te staan en verantwoordelijkheid pakt voor de dagelijkse bouworganisatie. Iemand die overzicht houdt wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk spelen. Die begrijpt wat er op de bouwplaats gebeurt, financieel vooruitkijkt, mensen meekrijgt en ervoor zorgt dat problemen worden opgelost voordat ze bij de directie op tafel belanden. Kort gezegd: als jij erop zit, weten we dat het geregeld wordt. Jouw opdracht - Aansturen en begeleiden van projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid, budget, prognose en projectresultaat. - Meer- en minderwerk, risico's en afwijkingen vroeg zichtbaar maken en bijsturen. - Stevige gesprekken en onderhandelingen voeren met opdrachtgevers en bouwpartners. - Projectteams beter laten samenwerken en verantwoordelijkheden helder neerleggen. - Interne processen verbeteren zonder ONB onnodig bureaucratisch te maken. - Rechtstreeks sparren met de directie over capaciteit, prestaties, risico's en groei. Wie we zoeken - Je hebt ruime ervaring in de bouw, bij voorkeur utiliteitsbouw of bedrijfshuisvesting. - Je hebt meerdere projecten of teams tegelijk aangestuurd. - Je bent technisch geloofwaardig en financieel scherp. - Je neemt besluiten, spreekt mensen aan en schuift problemen niet door. - Je kunt commercieel denken zonder de uitvoering uit het oog te verliezen. - Je past bij een organisatie met korte lijnen, tempo en veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
