Samen met jouw team ga je dagelijks voor sterke verkoopresultaten en een optimale winkelervaring voor elke bezoeker in Haarlem. Als Bedrijfsleider van deze drogisterij zorg je dat de winkelprocessen op rolletjes lopen en dat het filiaal er altijd strak en uitnodigend bij staat. Van de logistieke verwerking van vracht en het bewaken van de actiepresentaties tot de algehele urenplanning: jij houdt de regie in handen. In deze leidinggevende rol geef je duidelijke kaders mee aan de medewerkers, stimuleer je hun ontwikkeling en stuur je bij op de winkelpresentatie en productbeschikbaarheid. Onze landelijke organisatie biedt uitgebreide faciliteiten om jouw professionele groei in de retail te ondersteunen. Of je ambities nu liggen bij de aansturing van een groter type filiaal of een doorgroei richting regionaal management: je krijgt hier alle mogelijkheden om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen. Jouw werk als Bedrijfsleider - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het winkelteam op de vloer in Haarlem; - Sturen op de behalen van de dagelijkse omzetdoelstellingen en winkelmarges; - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte werkplanning en logische taakverdeling per dienst; - Bewaken van de goederenstroom, actievoorraden en winkelpresentaties; - Evalueren van de teamprestaties en het voeren van periodieke voortgangsgesprekken.
