In deze rol stimuleer je medewerkers om het beste uit hun werkdag te halen, terwijl je zelf kunt bouwen op een solide retailorganisatie. Er is veel aandacht voor jouw professionele ontwikkeling en winkelambities. Of je op termijn nu wil doorgroeien naar een groter filiaal of een overstap wil maken naar een regiogerichte functie: binnen onze landelijke drogisterijketen krijg je alle ruimte om je leiderschapskwaliteiten verder uit te bouwen. Jouw werk als Bedrijfsleider - Operationele aansturing van het volledige winkelteam in Amersfoort; - Bewaken en behalen van de dagelijkse omzetdoelen en winkelmarges; - Opstellen van efficiënte werkplanningen en een heldere taakverdeling op de vloer; - Zorgdragen voor een tijdige voorraadaanvulling en een strakke winkelpresentatie; - Evalueren en begeleiden van drogisterijmedewerkers in hun dagelijkse functioneren.
