APS Personeel Bedrijfsleider - Full Time - NUENEN - 4.000 - 5.000 Functieomschrijving Bedrijfsleider Ben jij een ervaren Verkoper binnen de sanitair-, keuken- of interieurbranche en toe aan een volgende stap? In deze functie krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar Bedrijfsleider binnen een showroom voor badkamers en sanitair. Je werkt nauw samen met de Eigenaar en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van de showroom. Je begeleidt particuliere klanten bij de aankoop van badkamers in het hogere segment. Geen harde sales, maar oprechte gesprekken voeren, wensen inventariseren en klanten begeleiden naar een passende oplossing. Daarnaast houd je controle over offertes, calculaties, technische tekeningen, planning en bedrijfsvoering. Het salaris ligt tussen € 4.000,- tot € 5.000,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week. Daarnaast heb je 25 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV dagen en een maandelijkse bonus afhankelijk van de behaalde omzet. In deze functie heb je de mogelijkheid om 32 tot 40 uur per week te werken van dinsdag t/m zaterdag. - Voeren van verkoopgesprekken met particuliere klanten - Signaleren van koopkansen en begeleiden van klanten richting een opdracht - Opstellen en beheren van offertes, calculaties en montage tekeningen - Administratief verwerken van orders en opmaken van bevestigingen - Bestellen van materialen voor projecten - Aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs tijdens lopende opdrachten - Meebouwen aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van de showroom Zoek jij een organisatie waar je jouw commerciële ervaring kunt combineren met meer verantwoordelijkheid en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol als bedrijfsleider?
