Als bedrijfsleider ben je landelijk verantwoordelijk voor projecten en realisatie. Daarbij neem je deel in het MT en ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de scope en strategie voor de komende jaren. Van jou wordt verwacht dat je hierin creatief meedenkt.

Je geeft invulling aan de businessplannen van VSF op basis van de marktontwikkelingen.

In deze rol krijg je veel vrijheid, zo lang je projectmatig in control bent. Projectbeheersing is daarbij van groot belang. Jij bent de speler tussen de linies en een held in het vergaren van de juiste informatie. Samen met de projectteams rapporteer jij intern over de voortgang van de diverse projecten.

Verder draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van collega’s, onder meer door coachingsgesprekken te voeren.
