Solliciteren voor "Bedrijfsleider Glastuinbouw" Bedrijfsleider Glastuinbouw - Administratie - Agrarisch & Groenvoorziening - Management - Fulltime - Helenaveen App Annemarie Ben jij de ervaren Bedrijfsleider binnen de glastuinbouw die twee locaties in Helenaveen aan gaat sturen? Een rechtstreeks dienstverband en een zeer grote mate van zelfstandigheid geboden. Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt! Eerst neem je de leiding over één glastuinbouwlocatie in Helenaveen, en vanaf 1 november volgend jaar stuur je ook de tweede aan. Je bent dagelijks bezig met mensen, planning en kwaliteit en krijgt volop ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren. Van teelt tot team - jij zorgt ervoor dat alles goed draait en iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Wat hebben wij jou te bieden? Een zeer goed passend salaris bij deze werkgever zelf! Zeer goede arbeidsvoorwaarden; Een zeer grote mate van zelfstandigheid binnen de onderneming; Een goede werk/privé balans. Naar wie zijn wij op zoek? - Je hebt een ruime (leidinggevende) ervaring binnen de Glastuinbouw; - Graag deel jij je kennis met de Bedrijfsleiders van de andere locaties; - Je bent pro-actief, je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en steekt daarbij ook graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen; - Enkele uren werken op zaterdagen vindt jij geen enkel probleem (op zondag ben je altijd vrij); - Je hebt een natuurlijk overwicht op de andere medewerkers; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift (Pools en/of Engels is een pré); - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
