Voor een mooi glastuinbouwbedrijf in Venray, met een teeltoppervlakte van 1,28 hectare komkommerteelt, zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken en zelfstandige Bedrijfsleider! In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om jouw ervaring en kennis in te zetten, medewerkers aan te sturen en de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het bedrijf in goede banen te leiden. Een mooie kans voor iemand die graag de verantwoordelijkheid neemt en toe is aan een zelfstandige en afwisselende functie. De start van deze nieuwe uitdaging staat gepland per 1 november. Naar wie zijn wij op zoek? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en zelfstandige aanpakker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je hebt verder: - Ervaring in het aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers binnen de glastuinbouw; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en je woont in de regio. Dit is een vereiste; - Een praktische en zelfstandige instelling; - Een goed gevoel voor planning en organisatie; - De motivatie om samen met het team mooie resultaten neer te zetten; - Geen probleem met enkele uren werken op zaterdag i.v.m.een korte teeltronde en de opstart van de dag. Op zondagen ben je altijd vrij! Je hoeft het niet alleen te doen. De eigenaar is betrokken en zorgt voor een goede ondersteuning, zodat jij je kunt richten op jouw verantwoordelijkheden en je verder kunt ontwikkelen in deze functie. Wat hebben wij jou te bieden?
