Als bedrijfsleider installatietechniek draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse aansturing, het resultaat en de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je werkt fulltime (32-40 uur per week) en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen door middel van opleidingen en trainingen. De functie biedt uitzicht op een vast dienstverband en kent aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao Metaal & Techniek. Je zet jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten en organisatorisch talent dagelijks in om het team te ondersteunen en processen continu te verbeteren.

Je start je werkdag met een overleg met de projectleider en monteurs om de voortgang van lopende projecten te bespreken. Vervolgens duik je in de planning, bewaak je de kwaliteit en veiligheid en onderhoud je contact met klanten en opdrachtgevers. Ook benut je commerciële kansen en werk je samen met andere afdelingen om digitalisering en procesverbeteringen te initiëren. Door jouw zichtbare aanwezigheid binnen het team weet je precies wat er speelt op de werkvloer en binnen de projecten. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de bedrijfsresultaten worden behaald en het team optimaal functioneert.

- Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur installatietechniek of technische bedrijfskunde

- Minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring

- Ervaring met projecten, bedrijfsprocessen en teamorganisatie

- Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden

- Affiniteit met digitalisering en procesverbetering
