Projectleiding - Verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en afronding van elektrotechnische projecten. - Opstellen van projectplannen, begrotingen, planningen en materiaalstaten. - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers over voortgang, wijzigingen en oplevermomenten. - Coördineren van monteurs, onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, kosten en planning. - Oplossen van technische en organisatorische knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering. - Toezien op correcte verwerking van revisietekeningen en schema's. 2. Bedrijfsleiding / Operationeel management - Aansturen en coachen van het elektrotechnische team. - Overzicht houden over werkvoorraad, planning, bezetting en prioriteiten. - Optimaliseren van werkprocessen en magazijnbeheer. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen in bedrijfsvoering, techniek en klantrelaties. - Coördineren van materiaalinkoop, voorraadbeheer en logistiek. - Bewaken van ARBO- en VCA-richtlijnen binnen de organisatie. - Onderhouden van klantrelaties en actief bijdragen aan commerciële kansen. - Rapporteren aan directie over projectstatus, financiën en personeelszaken. 3. Technische expertise - Adviseren van klanten over elektrotechnische installaties, verduurzaming en domotica. - Meedenken in innovaties en nieuwe technieken binnen het bedrijf. - Beoordelen van technische ontwerpen en kwaliteitscontroles op locatie. 4. Personeels- en teamontwikkeling - Begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en stagiairs. - Voeren van voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken. - Stimuleren van opleidingen en certificeringen binnen het team. Functie eisen - Minimaal Hbo niveau in Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als (leidinggevend) elektromonteur, werkvoorbereider of eerste monteur. - Ervaring als projectleider of de ambitie en competenties om deze rol te vervullen. - In het bezit van VCA-VOL (of bereid dit te behalen). ...
