Je geeft leiding aan een team van ruim 30 medewerkers en werkt nauw samen met de teamleider. Je bent zichtbaar op de winkelvloer, houdt overzicht en springt bij waar nodig.Op Schiermonnikoog verandert de winkel voortdurend. In de zomer kan de omzet tot vier keer hoger liggen dan in de winter. Dat betekent dat je continu moet schakelen tussen verschillende klantenaantallen, personeelsbezettingen, voorraden en werkdruk. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van 30+ medewerkers; - Samenwerken met de teamleider en de dagelijkse leiding; - Bewaken van winkelprocessen, kwaliteit en presentatie; - Organiseren en verwerken van binnenkomende vracht; - Plaatsen van bestellingen en bewaken van de voorraad; - Maken en bijsturen van de personeelsplanning; - Bewaken van commerciële en financiële resultaten; - Signaleren van knelpunten en direct actie ondernemen; - Zelf meewerken op de winkelvloer wanneer dat nodig is; - Meedenken over verbeteringen en nieuwe ideeën.
