Voor onze ruim opgezette Woonetage van 5.000 m² zoeken wij een bedrijfsleider die overzicht houdt, meedenkt, coördineert en inspireert. Over de Woonetage Op de Woonetage van Warenhuis Vanderveen vind je drie toonaangevende woonconcepten onder één dak: Trendhopper - Voor wie houdt van eigentijdse, creatieve en verrassende interieurs. Decorette - Specialist in raam- en wandbekleding, vloeren en stylingadvies op maat. NL Slaapt - Dé slaapspecialist met kennis van topmerken en oog voor persoonlijk slaapcomfort. Daarnaast huisvest de woonetage het sfeervolle Kunstcafé, de Buningzaal en een wisselende tentoonstellingen in onze Kunstgalerie. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team dat zich elke dag met plezier inzet voor de klant. Een goede sfeer, betrokken collega's en gezamenlijke passie voor interieur maken dit tot een bijzondere werkplek. Wat ga je doen? Als bedrijfsleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team, het optimaliseren van de klantbeleving én het commerciële resultaat. Je schakelt vlot tussen operationeel werk op de vloer, coaching van medewerkers en afstemming met het managementteam.
