Dit ga je bij ons doen: Als bedrijfswagenmonteur trucks bij Roordink Bedrijfswagens ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van diverse reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan verschillende bedrijfswagens. Dit zijn doorgaans grotere voertuigen, zoals vrachtwagens, touringcars of campers. Deze bedrijfswagens zijn afkomstig van klanten of van het eigen wagenpark van Roordink, waar wagens voor de verhuur en verkoop onder vallen. Iedere ochtend verdeelt de chef werkplaats of voorman de werkvoorraad onder de monteurs. Afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid en het type klussen dat je moet uitvoeren, krijg je in de werkplaats een daarvoor bestemde werkplek toegewezen. Je werkzaamheden verschillen van het uitvoeren van APK-keuringen tot het oplossen van uiteenlopende storingen. Bij grote klussen krijg je hulp van je collega's in de werkplaats en je kunt bij vragen ook altijd bij de voorman of chef werkplaats terecht. Je bent werkzaam in de werkplaats, samen met ongeveer vijftien andere monteurs, de voorman en de chef werkplaats, die jouw leidinggevende is. Ook heb je regelmatig contact met de werkplaatsreceptionisten om zaken met betrekking tot de planning te bespreken.
