Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving binnen de voedingssector waar duurzaamheid en efficiëntie geen modewoorden zijn, maar dagelijkse praktijk.

Als beeldscherm- en procesoperator bewaak je het volledige productieproces vanop afstand én op de vloer.

Je stuurt processen aan zoals doseren, mengen en afzakken en grijpt in waar nodig.

Na je inwerkperiode neem je een trekkende rol op binnen de ploeg en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen.

Wat je concreet doet:

  • Je volgt het productieproces op via beeldschermen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je registreert productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens zoals storingen en interventies.
  • Je bedient, controleert, reinigt en onderhoudt installaties.
  • Je lost eerstelijnsstoringen zelfstandig op.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en neemt stalen.
  • Je stort grondstoffen bij wanneer nodig, fysiek werk hoort erbij.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte overdracht naar de volgende ploeg.

Dit is een job voor iemand die graag overzicht bewaart, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en niet bang is om beslissingen te nemen.

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met heftruck is een plus, geen vereiste.
  • Je werkt proactief en ziet werk liggen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige proces.
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je denkt verbeteringsgericht en durft voorstellen doen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met collega’s en leidinggevenden.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en werkt gestructureerd.
