The posting

Voor een bekende speler in de beenhouwerijsector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren beenhouwer die zijn vak goed kent en graag mee zijn schouders zet onder de opstart van een nieuwe winkel in Londerzeel. Er zijn plannen om in Londerzeel een nieuwe vestiging te openen. Als beenhouwer krijg je hier de kans om mee aan de basis te staan van deze nieuwe winkel en een belangrijke rol te spelen in de dagelijkse werking.

Je bent in de eerste plaats bezig met je vak: het verwerken, versnijden en presenteren van kwaliteitsvolle vleesproducten. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een verzorgd en vers aanbod en geeft hen graag advies bij hun aankoop. Daarnaast neem je, samen met het team, ook een aantal verantwoordelijkheden op binnen de winkel.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het versnijden, uitbenen en verwerken van vlees
  • Het bereiden en presenteren van verschillende vleesproducten
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, versheid en hygiëne
  • Het opvolgen van de voorraad en het plaatsen van bestellingen
  • Het mee opvolgen van leveringen en de dagelijkse werking
  • Het ondersteunen en aansturen van collega's waar nodig
  • Het mee zorgen voor een vlotte organisatie en een verzorgde winkel
  • Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor collega's en klanten
  • Je hebt ervaring als beenhouwer en kent het vak en de producten goed
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands, zodat je vlot kan communiceren met klanten en collega's
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en kan het overzicht bewaren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, versheid en hygiëne
  • Je hebt zin om mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe winkel en er mee jouw schouders onder te zetten
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bent bereid om ook in het weekend te werken.
