Van uitbenen tot huisbereidingen: hier doe je het echte werk

Hou jij ervan om een stuk vlees van begin tot einde te verwerken? Dan zit je hier goed. Je krijgt een brede functie waarin zowel het klassieke beenhouwerswerk als de bereidingen aan bod komen.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het uitbenen, opkuisen en versnijden van vlees
  • Het optimaal verwerken van producten en bewust beperken van afval
  • Het dagelijks vers bereiden van gehakt en andere huisbereidingen
  • Het maken van onder andere stoofvlees, spaghettisaus, bouletten en frikandellen
  • Het voorbereiden van kipgerechten, salades en charcuteriebereidingen
  • Het correct portioneren en afwerken van verschillende producten
  • Werken met professionele machines zoals een portioneervulbus, cutter, lintzaag en gehaktmolen
  • Zelf mee waken over kwaliteit, hygiëne en een verzorgde afwerking

Je krijgt veel vrijheid in jouw werk, maar ook het vertrouwen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en samen met het team vooruit te gaan.

Jouw werkuren?

Je werkt 36,5 uur per week, verspreid over vijf dagen. Je start tussen 6u en 7u en bent doorgaans klaar tussen 14u en 16u. Elke zondag ben je vrij en daarnaast heb je nog één vaste vrije dag tijdens de week.

Samen met een stabiel team van een zestal collega’s neem jij de rol op van tweede beenhouwer en help je mee om de kwaliteit van de slagerij elke dag hoog te houden
