Wat ligt er vandaag op jouw snijplank?

Aan afwisseling geen gebrek. Bovendien hoef je bij ons niet uit te benen: jij kan je vooral focussen op het fijnere beenhouwerswerk en het maken van producten waar klanten graag voor terugkomen.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het versnijden van vers vlees en vakkundig kappen van koteletten
  • Het meerdere keren per dag vers bereiden van gehakt
  • Het maken van worsten, hamburgers, cordon bleus en andere specialiteiten
  • Het kruiden en marineren van vlees volgens onze recepten
  • Het aantrekkelijk aanvullen en presenteren van de verstoog
  • Samen met je collega-beenhouwer zorgen voor een vlotte werking in het atelier
  • Waar nodig even bijspringen bij de bediening van klanten
  • Mee bewaken dat kwaliteit, versheid en hygiëne iedere dag op punt staan

Wanneer werk je?

Je werkuren vallen doorgaans tussen 7u à 8u en 19u, waarbij we jouw uurrooster samen bekijken. Elke zondag ben je vrij en jaarlijks kan je rekenen op ongeveer 11 vrije zaterdagen. Op termijn is het zelfs mogelijk om vier langere dagen te werken en zo drie dagen per week vrij te zijn. Je planning ontvang je ongeveer een maand op voorhand.

Wij werken bijna uitsluitend met vlees van Belgische oorsprong en daar zijn we trots op. Van gemarineerde rumsteaks en krokante kippenlapjes tot artisanale americain en verse barbecueworsten: hier draait alles om smaak, versheid en kwaliteit. Je komt bovendien terecht in een familiale ploeg waar collegialiteit minstens even belangrijk is als goed vlees.
