Zoek je een uitdagende rol waarin jouw technische vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling samenkomen? Bij Atelier Souffriau in Koersel bieden we jou een unieke kans! Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste beenhouwer die ons dynamische team komt versterken! Dit is een voltijdse functie van 38 uur per week.

Om te bepalen of jij de juiste kandidaat bent, vragen we je om de volgende stellingen te overwegen:

  • Heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de slagerij?
  • Ben je bereid om in het weekend te werken?
  • Vind je het leuk om jouw vakkennis te delen met klanten?

In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van de hoogste kwaliteit vleeswaren aan onze klanten. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Verwerken en snijden van vlees (uitbenen, versnijden) aangepast aan de noden van jouw organisatie.
  • Een verzorgde en volle toonbank onderhouden.
  • Klanten adviseren bij hun zoektocht naar een lekker stukje vlees of een maaltijd.
  • Ondersteunen van jouw (verkoops-)collega’s: dagschotels of broodjes bereiden, inpakken of bijspringen aan de bedieningsstand.
  • Samen met het team helpen bij het lossen van de dagelijkse levering.
  • De verantwoordelijkheden van chef-beenhouw(st)er overnemen bij afwezigheid.

Wat verwachten wij van jou? Wij zoeken een collega die niet alleen de juiste vaardigheden bezit, maar ook een passie heeft voor het slagersvak en klantgericht te werk gaat. Je beschikt over de volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Je bent slager van opleiding of hebt relevante ervaring in het vak.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van diverse vleeswaren en ervaring met snijmachines.
  • Je bent klantgericht en vriendelijk, met een positieve instelling.
  • Je kunt zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig goed functioneren.
  • Flexibiliteit in werktijden, inclusief weekenddiensten, is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je neemt initiatief en kunt collega’s aansturen of bijsturen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hygiënisch.
