The posting

Wij staan garant voor kwaliteit en jij dus ook. Onze klanten, waar je over lange termijn (min. 6 maanden met kans op verlenging) tewerkgesteld zal worden, verwachten een kwalitatieve beenhouwer die de deeltaken van een slagersatelier onder de knie heeft.

 Versnijden van varkens- en rundsvlees evenals gevogelte

 Grondige kennis van de deelstukken van runds- en varkesnvlees

 Bereiden van panklare gerechten

 Bediening van vleesverwerkende machines zoals molen en (automatische) vulbus

 Bereiden van basis-traiteur gerechten

 Poetsen van het atelier + HACCP regels respecteren

Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur zal jij deze taken uitvoeren bij een supermarkt (Delhaize, Carrefour, Spar, Alvo, …), een zelfstandige/ambachtelijke slagerij of een groothandel in vers vlees.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Reeds decennia lang is Food Talents de bevoorrechte partner van vele supermarkten, groothandels en ambachtelijke slagers in hun zoektocht naar geschikte profielen voor hun slagersatelier.

Wij kunnen dan ook met trots zeggen dat meer dan 250 klanten wekelijks op ons rekenen om hun aantrekkelijke (zelf)bedieningstoog te voorzien vers vlees, bereidingen en traiteur.

Om onze klanten op elke moment snel uit de nood te kunnen helpen, zijn wij doorlopend op zoek naar kwalitatieve beenhouwers ter versterking van ons Project Staffing team.

Ben jij een gediplomeerde slager met een passie voor vers vlees en bereidingen?

Beschik jij over een open en flexibele persoonlijkheid wat jou toelaat om met verschillende persoonlijkheden op een positieve & constructieve manier samen te werken?

Is een vast contract (met bedrijfswagen) voor jou een must maar proef je wel eens graag van verschillende opdrachtgevers?

Dan ben jij de perfecte aanvulling voor ons team Project Staffers.

Jij voelt je als een vis in het water in en rond een slagersatelier! Jij herkent jezelf dus blindelings in onderstaande zaken.

 Gehaktbereidingen en panklare gerechten hebben geen geheimen voor jou.

 Je hebt min. een eerste ervaring in versnijden van gevogelte, runds- en varkensvlees. Willen werken met Varkensvlees is een must!

 Je herkent de deelstukken en je weet deze te optimaliseren.

 Je kan overweg met de gangbare vleesverwerkende machines zoals een molen, vulbus, cutter, prikker, …

 Heb je ook nog ervaring met (basis) traiteur dan heb je zeker een streepje voor.

 Kennis van HACCP is verplicht!

 Je beseft dat de beenhouwersstiel gepaard gaat met werken op zaterdag. Af en toe ben je flexibel genoeg om ook op zondagvoormiddag de klant uit de nood te helpen.
