Je werkt nauw samen met de chef-beenhouwer en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket dat mee evolueert met jouw ervaring. Ken je de basis goed? Dan krijg je stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het bereiden van gehakt, hamburgers en andere basisbereidingen
  • Het voorbereiden en verder verwerken van vers vlees
  • Het ondersteunen van de chef-beenhouwer bij de dagelijkse werking van het atelier
  • Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring zelfstandig vlees versnijden
  • Het mee klaarmaken van gourmet-, barbecue- en andere seizoensbereidingen
  • Waar nodig ondersteuning bieden bij bereidingen in de keuken
  • Het netjes en georganiseerd houden van jouw werkplek
  • Werken volgens de geldende HACCP- en hygiënenormen

Jouw werkuren?

Je werkt voltijds 36,5 uur per week. De concrete uren worden volgens de planning bepaald, met de nadruk op vroeg starten en vroeg klaar zijn. Zo hou je nog een mooi deel van de dag voor jezelf.
