Je draait volwaardig mee in de beenhouwerij en combineert klassiek vakmanschap met bereidingen, presentatie en klantencontact. Zo blijft je werk gevarieerd en zie je meteen het resultaat van wat je maakt.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het uitbenen, versnijden en verwerken van vers vlees
  • Het bereiden van gehakt, worsten en andere panklare specialiteiten
  • Het aantrekkelijk presenteren en aanvullen van de verstoog
  • Klanten adviseren over producten, bereidingen en gaartijden
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, versheid en hygiëne
  • Werken volgens de geldende HACCP-normen
  • Samen met je collega’s zorgen voor een vlotte werking van de versafdeling

Je werkt volgens het uurrooster van de beenhouwerij. De concrete planning wordt ruim op voorhand meegedeeld, zodat je jouw werk en privé goed op elkaar kan afstemmen.
