e krijgt een klassieke beenhouwersfunctie waarin uitbenen, versnijden en afwerken centraal staan. Geen halve maatregelen: jij zorgt ervoor dat elk stuk vlees technisch correct én mooi verkoopsklaar wordt gemaakt.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het uitbenen van kwartieren en verder verwerken van de deelstukken
  • Het vakkundig versnijden en portioneren van vers vlees
  • Het klaarmaken van alles van fijne carpaccio tot mooie steaks
  • Het werken met de cutter en vulbus
  • Het bereiden en afbakken van rosbief en vitello
  • Het aantrekkelijk aanvullen en verzorgen van de verstoog
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, versheid en hygiëne
  • Samen met je collega’s zorgen voor een vlotte werking van de beenhouwerij

Jouw werkuren

Je werkt volgens een vast uurrooster en start vroeg, waardoor je ook vroeg klaar bent. Op zaterdag werk je mee, maar sluitdiensten hoef je niet te doen. Zo blijven je zaterdagavonden vrij.

We werken met zorgvuldig geselecteerd rund-, varkens- en kalfsvlees en bieden onze klanten elke dag een mooi en verzorgd assortiment aan. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van vier collega’s en wordt onze vijfde vakman.

Je hebt eerste ervaring als slager – je weet hoe je een kwartier aanpakt.
