Wat ligt er op jouw snijplank?

Bij ons hoef je niet met volledige karkassen aan de slag. Vanuit het hoofdatelier ontvang je de deelstukken van rund, varken en gevogelte netjes opgekuist, zodat jij je volledig kan focussen op het fijnere werk.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het vakkundig versnijden en afwerken van deelstukken
  • Het snijden van onder andere steaks, stoofvlees en andere verse vleesproducten
  • Het bereiden van préparé, gehakt en andere vleesbereidingen
  • Het maken van smaakvolle panklare gerechten en schotels volgens vaste recepten
  • Het netjes aanvullen en aantrekkelijk presenteren van het assortiment in de winkel
  • Het zorgvuldig klaarmaken van klantenbestellingen
  • Extra bestellingen voorbereiden tijdens drukke periodes zoals eindejaar en het BBQ-seizoen
  • Samen met je collega’s zorgen voor een vlotte werking en constante kwaliteit

Om onze huidige beenhouwer te versterken, zoeken we een tweede collega-beenhouwer die graag zijn vakkennis inzet in een goed draaiende winkel.
