In onze productieomgeving draait alles om kwaliteit, precisie en respect voor het product. Een rol waarin jouw stukkennis en ervaring als slager dagelijks het verschil maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Productieslager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versnijden, portioneren en verwerken van verschillende soorten vlees volgens productieopdrachten.

Je:

  • versnijdt en portioneert vlees volgens de gevraagde specificaties;
  • controleert stukken vlees op kwaliteit en correcte verwerking;
  • werkt met professionele productie- en snijmachines;
  • volgt productieorders nauwkeurig op;
  • respecteert de geldende kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften;
  • zorgt mee voor een efficiënte en vlotte productieflow.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Reeds decennia lang is Food Talents de bevoorrechte partner van vele supermarkten, groothandels en ambachtelijke slagers in hun zoektocht naar geschikte profielen voor hun slagersatelier.

Wij kunnen dan ook met trots zeggen dat meer dan 250 klanten wekelijks op ons rekenen om hun aantrekkelijke (zelf)bedieningstoog te voorzien vers vlees, bereidingen en traiteur.

Om onze klanten op elke moment snel uit de nood te kunnen helpen, zijn wij doorlopend op zoek naar kwalitatieve beenhouwers ter versterking van ons Project Staffing team.

Ben jij een gediplomeerde slager met een passie voor vers vlees en bereidingen?

Beschik jij over een open en flexibele persoonlijkheid wat jou toelaat om met verschillende persoonlijkheden op een positieve & constructieve manier samen te werken?

Is een vast contract (met bedrijfswagen) voor jou een must maar proef je wel eens graag van verschillende opdrachtgevers?

Dan ben jij de perfecte aanvulling voor ons team Project Staffers.

Je bent in de eerste plaats een vakman of vakvrouw die kwaliteit belangrijk vindt en trots is op het afleveren van een correct eindproduct.

Daarnaast:

  • volgde je een opleiding slagerij of heb je relevante ervaring als slager;
  • beschik je over een goede kennis van vlees en versnijdingstechnieken;
  • heb je ervaring met lintzagen, automatische snijmachines of vergelijkbare machines;
  • lees en begrijp je vlot Nederlands zodat productieorders correct uitgevoerd worden;
  • werk je nauwkeurig en heb je oog voor detail;
  • hecht je veel belang aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.
  • Ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Ook ervaren slagers uit een traditionele beenhouwerij zijn welkom.
