Reeds decennia lang is Food Talents de bevoorrechte partner van vele supermarkten, groothandels en ambachtelijke slagers in hun zoektocht naar geschikte profielen voor hun slagersatelier.

Om onze klanten op elke moment snel uit de nood te kunnen helpen, zijn wij doorlopend op zoek naar kwalitatieve beenhouwers om ons Project Staffing team te versterken.

Ben jij een vakman in hart en nieren als het gaat over het verwerken van vers vlees?

Help jij graag mensen uit de nood op lange (of korte) termijn?

Start jij graag onmiddellijk op onder een vast bediendencontract met bedrijfswagen?

Dan ben jij de perfecte aanvulling voor ons team van Project Staffers.

Jobomschrijving

Wij staan garant voor kwaliteit en jij dus ook. Onze klanten, waar je over lange termijn (min. 6 maanden met kans op verlenging) tewerkgesteld zal worden, verwachten een kwalitatieve beenhouwer die de deeltaken van een slagersatelier onder de knie heeft.

Ø Versnijden van varkens- en rundsvlees evenals gevogelte

Ø Bereiden van panklare gerechten

Ø Bediening van vleesverwerkende machines zoals molen en (automatische) vulbus

Ø Bereiden van basis-traiteur gerechten

Ø Poetsen van het atelier HACCP regels respecteren

Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur zal jij deze taken uitvoeren bij een supermarkt (Delhaize, Carrefour, Spar, Alvo, …), een zelfstandige/ambachtelijke slagerij of een groothandel in vers vlees.

Een slagersatelier heeft geen geheimen meer voor jou! Jij herkent jezelf dus blindelings in onderstaande zaken

Ø Gehaktbereidingen en panklare gerechten hebben geen geheimen voor jou.

Ø Je hebt min. een eerste ervaring in versnijden van gevogelte, runds- en varkensvlees.

Ø Je herkent de deelstukken en je weet deze te optimaliseren.

Ø Je kan overweg met de gangbare vleesverwerkende machines zoals een molen, vulbus, cutter, prikker, …

Ø Heb je ook nog ervaring met (basis) traiteur dan heb je zeker een streepje voor.

Ø Kennis van HACCP is verplicht!

Ø Je beseft dat de beenhouwersstiel gepaard gaat met werken op zaterdag en af en toe ben je flexibel genoeg om ook op zondagVM de klant uit de nood te helpen.
