Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket. Je hoeft dus niet elke dag exact hetzelfde te doen en kan stap voor stap groeien in de taken die jou het beste liggen.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het maken en draaien van verse worsten
  • Het bereiden van gehakt en hamburgers
  • Het marineren van vlees en gevogelte
  • Het versnijden en portioneren van vers vlees
  • Het klaarmaken van schnitzels, cordon bleus en andere specialiteiten
  • Het aantrekkelijk aanvullen en verzorgen van de verstoog
  • Samen met je collega’s zorgen voor een nette en vlotte werking in het atelier
  • Werken volgens de juiste kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen

Wanneer werk je?

Je werkt altijd tussen 7u en 16u, met een halfuur middagpauze. Op zondag werk je enkel in de voormiddag. Donderdag en zondagnamiddag ben je vrij. Je rooster wordt tijdig gecommuniceerd en samen met de chef afgestemd.
