Terwijl anderen slapen, zorg jij dat de bestellingen kloppen

Het vlees komt uitgebeend binnen. Jij concentreert je dus volledig op het versnijden, portioneren en correct afwerken volgens de bestelling van de klant.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het versnijden van gevogelte, rund, kalf en varken op maat van de klant
  • Het klaarmaken van steaks, koteletten, stoofvlees en andere versnijdingen
  • Het nauwkeurig portioneren volgens orderbonnen en opgegeven gewichten
  • Het optimaal verwerken van deelstukken met zo weinig mogelijk verlies
  • Het voorbereiden van vlees voor onder andere satés en andere productiebereidingen
  • Het maken van verse vleesbereidingen volgens ambachtelijke recepten
  • Waar nodig helpen met boomstammetjes, hamburgers, worsten en andere gehaktbereidingen
  • Werken met professionele machines zoals een cutter, gehaktmolen en vulbus

Wanneer werk je?

Je werkt in een vaste nachtshift. Je werkt maandag- óf dinsdagnacht van 22u tot 6u, woensdag- en donderdagnacht van 22u tot 6u, vrijdagnacht van 21u tot 5u en zondagnacht van 22u tot 6u. Naast je halfuur pauze krijg je voor en na ook telkens 15 minuten betaalde pauze.

Je komt terecht in een moderne vleesgroothandel die bestellingen klaarmaakt voor onder andere traiteurs, evenementen, feesten en festivals. Omdat klanten tot middernacht hun bestelling kunnen aanpassen, zorgt onze nachtploeg ervoor dat alles ’s morgens correct en vers klaarstaat.

Je werkt samen met een collega-beenhouwer, orderpickers en verpakkers in een vaste ploeg van zes collega’s.

  • Je kan vlees versnijden en je hebt kennis van de deelstukken.
  • Je wil dolgraag met een vaste nachtshift werken. Daardoor heb je de nodige vrije tijd overdag.
