Van vers vlees tot huisgemaakt charcutterie

Hier krijg je een mooie combinatie van klassiek beenhouwerswerk en eigen bereidingen. Je werkt dagelijks samen met je collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat klanten telkens opnieuw kunnen rekenen op verse, verzorgde producten.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het vakkundig versnijden en verwerken van vers vlees
  • Het maken van huisgemaakte charcuterie
  • Het bereiden en vullen van verse worsten
  • Het maken van gehakt en gehaktbereidingen
  • Het bereiden van verschillende panklare gerechten
  • Het correct kruiden en afwerken van de verschillende producten
  • Het mee bewaken van kwaliteit, versheid en hygiëne
  • Samen met je collega’s zorgen voor een vlotte werking van het atelier

Wanneer werk je?

Je start doorgaans rond 6u, waardoor je in de namiddag al klaar bent. Donderdag en zondag ben je volledig vrij. Zo combineer je een voltijdse job met een duidelijk en aangenaam werkritme.
