Van deelstukken tot bestelling: jij beheerst het proces

Hier sta je niet de hele dag éénzelfde handeling uit te voeren. Je combineert het klassieke beenhouwerswerk met het nauwkeurig klaarmaken van bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat zowel particuliere klanten als professionele afnemers exact krijgen wat ze verwachten.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het vakkundig versnijden van vers vlees, van filet pur tot entrecote
  • Het uitbenen van runds- en varkensvlees
  • Het correct portioneren en afwerken van verschillende stukken vlees
  • Het wegen en verpakken van bestellingen volgens de bestelbon
  • Het mee voorbereiden en verdelen van vlees voor winkel, horeca en bedrijven
  • Het zorgvuldig controleren van hoeveelheden en kwaliteit
  • Het proper en georganiseerd houden van jouw werkplek
  • Werken volgens de geldende HACCP- en hygiënenormen

Wanneer werk je?

Je werkt 38 uur per week, van maandag tot en met zaterdag, met één vaste vrije dag tijdens de week. Je start om 7u en werkt doorgaans tot ongeveer 16u. Weekendwerk hoort erbij en wordt gecompenseerd met jouw vrije dag tijdens de week.

Je komt terecht in een moderne slagerij met een eigen atelier, waar dagelijks bestellingen worden klaargemaakt voor horeca, bedrijven en particulieren. Van dry-aged beef en filet pur tot verse charcuterie: elk product wordt met zorg verwerkt en afgewerkt.

Je versterkt een hecht team waarin iedereen hetzelfde doel voor ogen heeft: kwaliteit afleveren waar je trots op kan zijn.

  • Je hebt ervaring als beenhouwer of slager (uitbenen en snijtechnieken vereist)
