Dit komt dagelijks op jouw werkbank:

Hier hoef je geen volledige karkassen uit te benen. Jij focust je op het versnijden, bereiden en verfijnen van mooie stukken vlees en zorgt er samen met je collega’s voor dat de winkel er elke dag sterk bij ligt.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het versnijden van vers vlees en het kappen van koteletten
  • Het meerdere keren per dag vers bereiden van gehakt
  • Het maken van dikke worsten, hamburgers, cordon bleus en andere specialiteiten
  • Het kruiden en marineren van vlees volgens vaste recepten
  • Het aantrekkelijk aanvullen en presenteren van de vleestoog
  • Samenwerken met jouw collega-beenhouwer en het verkoopteam
  • Waar nodig even bijspringen achter de toonbank
  • Mee zorgen voor een nette, kwalitatieve en vlot draaiende slagerij

Wanneer werk je?

Je werkuren vallen tussen 7u à 8u en maximaal 19u. Jouw uurrooster bekijken we samen en ontvang je ruim op voorhand. Elke zondag ben je vrij en jaarlijks heb je ongeveer 11 vrije zaterdagen. Op termijn kan een systeem met 4 langere werkdagen en 3 vrije dagen mogelijk zijn.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Wil jij werken in een brandschone, moderne slagerij waar het vlees rechtstreeks vanuit het slachthuis binnenkomt? Zoek je een job waarin je vooral het fijnere beenhouwerswerk kan doen, met elke zondag vrij en maar liefst 6 weken verlof per jaar?

Dan is dit een werkplek die je zeker eens moet leren kennen.

Wij werken bijna uitsluitend met vlees van eigen bodem en zetten elke dag volop in op versheid, kwaliteit en ambacht. Van gemarineerde rumsteaks en krokante kippenlapjes tot verse americain en barbecueworsten: samen met jouw collega-beenhouwer zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten telkens opnieuw met iets lekkers naar huis gaan.

Je hebt ervaring met het versnijden van vlees.

Ervaring met bedienen van klanten is een pluspunt.
